Rome, April 10 (LaPresse) – Prada announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Versace from Capri Holdings Ltd. The cash consideration will be based on an enterprise value of €1.25 billion and is subject to adjustments at closing, according to a statement.
