Milan, July 1 (LaPresse) – The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport has announced that in June 2025, 132,191 passenger cars were registered, compared to 160,120 registrations in the same month of the previous year, representing a decrease of 17.44%. Ownership transfers, on the other hand, amounted to 439,475 compared to 420,804 transfers recorded in June 2024, an increase of 4.44%. The total monthly sales volume, equal to 571,666, consisted of 23.12% new cars and 76.88% used cars. The registrations reflect the results of the National Vehicle Archive as of June 30, 2025, while the data on ownership transfers refer to the certificates issued by the Motorization Offices in June 2025, the Ministry emphasized.
