Milan, July 7 (LaPresse) – "Regarding the partial detachment of the sign placed at the top of the Hadid Tower, Generali informs that all safety measures for the building and the surrounding area have been completed. With the emergency situation resolved, the public square and the CityLife Shopping District have already reopened," reads a Generali press release. "As a next step, once checks on the quality and functionality of the systems are completed, access to the interior spaces of the Hadid Tower will be allowed again. Generali staff will therefore be able to return to work on site starting tomorrow, July 8." The release adds: "A plan is currently being prepared for the dismantling of the sign, along with a related safety plan; these operations will be managed by Generali Real Estate in accordance with the authorities' guidelines and standard construction procedures."
