Rome, Sept. 18 (LaPresse) – "The Board of Directors, having acknowledged the outcome of the Public Offer of Purchase and Exchange promoted by Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena for all Mediobanca shares and in order to facilitate an orderly and timely transition through the renewal of the administrative body, have submitted their resignations from office, with the exception of Director Sandro Panizza, effective as of the date of the next Shareholders’ Meeting." This was stated in a note from the Mediobanca Board of Directors released at the end of its meeting.
