Milan, 27 October (LaPresse) – Regarding the budget, "we said that we could achieve debt reduction next year, it has now been done, we believe that in this difficult moment we could have had a budget more focused on growth. We appreciate that businesses have been placed at the centre, but we are convinced that incentives are needed for at least three years. Today, the country needs an industrial plan." Thus spoke Confindustria President Emanuele Orsini in his speech at the Federchimica annual meeting currently underway in Milan.
