Rome, 23 December (LaPresse) – The Senate has given the green light to the confidence vote on the maxi-amendment to the budget replacing the text and amendments made during the Budget Committee proceedings. There were 113 votes in favour, 70 against and two abstentions. The session is suspended, pending approval by the Council of Ministers of the amendment note, which will be sent to the Chamber immediately afterwards.
