New York (New York, USA), Feb. 17 (LaPresse) – Netflix has granted Warner Bros. Discovery a seven-day extension allowing the studio to reopen acquisition talks with Paramount Skydance. Warner Bros. stated in a regulatory filing that the waiver will allow it to discuss with Paramount Skydance its purchase offer and any potential adjustments. Warner Bros. now has until February 23 to negotiate a possible transaction with Paramount Skydance.
