Milan, 22 March (LaPresse) – Poste Italiane has launched a full takeover bid for Telecom Italia. The decision was taken by the company’s board of directors, which met today. The total consideration is expected to be approximately €10.8 billion. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. The aim is to create a single group, bringing together two of Italy’s largest and most important industrial entities.
