Rome, 13 April (LaPresse) – Dolce&Gabbana has announced the appointment of Stefano Cantino as Co-CEO, alongside Alfonso Dolce, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The group made the announcement in a statement. A graduate in Political Science from the University of Turin, Stefano Cantino joins Dolce&Gabbana after gaining solid professional experience at companies such as Prada, Louis Vuitton and Gucci, where he held roles of increasing global responsibility in various areas, including sales, communications, marketing and corporate affairs, eventually reaching senior positions, including that of Chief Executive Officer. Stefano Cantino’s arrival follows Dolce&Gabbana’s growth trajectory, which is focused on evolving the organisational model from a fashion brand to a lifestyle company. “I am delighted to have Stefano Cantino by my side in this new phase of growth and development for Dolce&Gabbana,” comments Alfonso Dolce. “It is an honour for me to join Dolce&Gabbana, which represents Italian excellence around the world in such an extraordinary way,” says Cantino.
