Rome, May 14 (LaPresse) – Delays in infrastructure and environmental projects and the risk of incomplete mobility projects. These are the critical issues, along with the modernization of hospital technology, identified by the Court of Auditors in its report on the progress as of the end of 2025 of 34 measures under the PNRR and 4 programs under the PNC (National Complementary Plan). The Court notes that “the implementation of the PNRR and PNC measures” is “substantially in line with the objectives agreed upon at the European level, albeit with some critical issues in specific sectors.” The total area examined—it is explained—“amounts to approximately 87.78 billion euros, equal to 39.55% of the resources of the NRRP and the CNP, net of defundings; in 2025 alone, the audits covered approximately 29.87 billion euros, equal to 13.46% of the resources of the two Plans.” According to the Court, both economic and project-related revisions have an impact on the implementation of the measures under the two Plans. For the final phase of the NRRP, the Court urges greater speed and sustainability.
