Milan, April 2 (LaPresse) – The American actor Val Kilmer has passed away at the age of 65, as reported by The New York Times. His daughter, Mercedes, announced that the cause of death was pneumonia. In 2014, Kilmer was diagnosed with throat cancer.
The actor was best known for his roles in Top Gun, as Jim Morrison in The Doors, and as Batman in Batman Forever.
