Rome, 8 Apr. (LaPresse) – This evening, Tuesday 8 April, Tg3 (live from 7 p.m.) will officially start the countdown to the May Day Concert in Rome, promoted by Cgil, Cisl, Uil, organised by iCompany, hosting this year's presenters: Noemi, Ermal Meta and BigMama. The three artists return to the stage of the Concertone after last year's experience, which recorded the highest TV share since 2009 and, with #1M2024, achieved social media coverage of over 42 million unique contacts and 227 million impressions. Noemi, one of the most loved and recognisable singer-songwriters and vocalists on the Italian scene, has recently released the album ‘Nostalgia’, a mix of blues, contemporary singer-songwriting and electronica, and in autumn she will be on stage in the main Italian theatres and for the first time at the Palazzetto dello Sport in Rome. Ermal Meta, singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and author, is currently on tour in Italian theatres. BigMama, the rapper who uses his candid lyrics to raise public awareness, will start his new summer tour in June and will also be one of the hosts of the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 on Rai 1. The Concertone in Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano in Rome will be free to enter as always and will be broadcast live on Rai 3 and Rai Radio 2 and streamed on RaiPlay and Rai Italia.
