Turin, 6 August (LaPresse) – Francis Ford Coppola has reassured fans about his condition. The 86-year-old American director is in hospital in Rome's Tor Vergata Polyclinic for a scheduled heart operation. ‘Dada (as my children call me) is fine,’ Coppola wrote in a post on social media. ‘Taking advantage of an opportunity, I am in Rome to update the procedure for the treatment of my 30-year-old atrial fibrillation with its inventor, a great Italian doctor, Dr Andrea Natale! I am fine!’ he added.
