Venice, August 27 (LaPresse) – "The title goes hand in hand with the answer to the question of love—not just immediate love for the wife and daughter, but in a broader sense for institutions, law, and a way of doing politics that, unfortunately, is increasingly outdated, tied to doubt and responsibility." This is what Oscar winner Paolo Sorrentino said during a press conference in Venice ahead of tonight’s screening of his film La Grazia, competing at the 82nd Venice International Film Festival. The film stars Toni Servillo, Sorrentino’s favorite actor. "My love for Toni has never known a crisis; we have never even thought about arguing. We get along wonderfully, we care for each other, with moments of lightness and irony combined with seriousness about work. We met many years ago, and every time we work together, we are happy," Sorrentino added. Speaking about the film, he explained that "the movie tells the story of a man who even dismantles his prejudices and begins to learn about the present through his daughter's eyes."
