Milan, Feb. 3 (LaPresse) – The Association of PhD Students and Researchers in Italy (ADI) has filed a complaint with the European Commission against the Research Enhancement Bill, known as DDL 1240.

According to information obtained by LaPresse, the association has turned to the European Commission regarding the potential annulment of Italy's obligations under Milestone 4, Component 2 of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) in light of DDL 1240, titled "Provisions on the Enhancement and Promotion of Research."

The concern primarily relates to research professionals working within universities.
