Milan, Feb 5 (LaPresse) – The schedule for the upcoming Milan Fashion Week Women’s Collection, set to take place from February 25 to March 3, 2025, was presented at Palazzo Marino. The press conference in Sala Alessi was attended by the President of CNMI, Carlo Capasa, and Alessia Cappello, Milan's Councillor for Labor Policies and Economic Development.
"Thanks to Fashion Week, Milan reaffirms itself as the beating heart of international fashion, a place where creativity, talent, and innovation come together to shape the future of the industry. The City of Milan is proud to collaborate with CNMI to support this extraordinary week, which not only celebrates the excellence of Made in Italy but also creates real opportunities for those working or aspiring to work in this strategic sector. Milan Fashion Week is not just an event but a driver of cultural, economic, and social development for our city and the country," said Councillor Cappello.
Milan will host 153 events, including runway shows, presentations, and special occasions. Gucci will open the week with its show on February 25, the same day as the inauguration of the Fashion Hub of the National Chamber of Italian Fashion at Palazzo Giureconsulti in Piazza dei Mercanti 2.
The space, open to the public throughout Fashion Week, will showcase projects from emerging designers and host a series of talks focused on experimentation, craftsmanship, innovation, training, inclusion, and sustainability.
