Naples, Mar. 10 (LaPresse) – An order for the demolition of unauthorised building works has been issued by the Capri Town Council against Danilo Iervolino, owner of the Salernitana football club and founder of the Pegaso telematic university. Following a joint inspection by the Guardia di Finanza, Carabinieri and Municipal Police at Villa Bismark, a residence purchased by Iervolino three years ago, the Capri Town Council's private building department ascertained that a number of works had been carried out, including the construction of a small room used as a shower floor, the cutting of some pine trees and the creation of a retaining structure with innocent pipes and joints. The works, reads the order signed by the head of the sector, ‘do not have any authorisation’ and therefore the municipality has ordered ‘the demolition of the unauthorised building works within 90 days from the date of notification of the order and the restoration of the original state of the sites’.
