Milan, 24th March (LaPresse) – Unrest is ongoing at the Beccaria IPM in Milan where some inmates have set fire to mattresses and furnishings on the second floor of the juvenile institute. From the first information, it seems that the whole thing started because two inmates opposed their transfer to another IPM in Catania and incited the others to set fire to the mattresses and other objects available to them. Seven vehicles from the Milan fire brigade are on their way to the scene.
