Vatican City, Mar 28 (LaPresse) – “The Pope continues pharmacological, motor, and respiratory therapy, showing improvements, including slight daily improvements in speech. The high-flow oxygen has been reduced and is now used only for part of the night; during the day, nasal prongs are used. From a medical standpoint, the situation is stable,” the Holy See Press Office announced regarding Pope Francis' condition.
“On Wednesday,” the statement continues, “the Pope underwent blood tests, which were within normal ranges. No special visits are scheduled.” Additionally, in terms of oxygenation, the Pope has not required mechanical ventilation.
