Milan, April 1 (LaPresse) – Davide Lacerenza suffered a stroke last night and is in the neurology ward of a Milan hospital. The illness occurred at around 4am and the 60-year-old, who is under house arrest for the drugs and prostitution investigation on the Gintoneria in Milan, was admitted around 11am after a series of tests in the emergency room. Lawyer Liborio Cataliotti, who is assisting the entrepreneur, has already forwarded to the gip Alessandra Di Fazio, an application for home detention in hospital to which the two emergency room certificates and the certificate of hospitalisation are attached. Lacerenza would be alert and was able to speak with his lawyer. The illness was classified by the medical staff as a ‘neurological’ problem. With him was his girlfriend, Clotilde Conca.
