Rome, April 4 (LaPresse) – As police investigations continue to verify statements made today during the interrogation—after which the detention of Mark Samson was validated—attention has now turned to Samson's mother. Samson has confessed to killing Ilaria Sula by stabbing her in the neck. The police and the prosecutor's office are now scrutinizing the position of the woman, as some of her statements have raised suspicions. Investigators have decided to further examine what role she may have played in the murder, which police say was committed in the home.
