Milan, 8 Apr. (LaPresse) – The Milan Public Prosecutor's Office has requested that the charges of sexual assault on a 22-year-old against Leonardo Apache La Russa and a friend for the events that took place at the home of the President of the Senate, Ignazio La Russa, on the night of 18-19 May 2023 after the ‘Eclipse’ evening at the Apophis Club in via Merlo 3, Milan. After almost 2 years of investigations by the Milan Flying Squad, which began in July 2023 following the girl's complaint, the public prosecutor Rosaria Stagnaro with the addition of Letizia Mannella and the prosecutor Marcello Viola believe there is no evidence to request the indictment of La Russa's third son.
