Milan, April 12 (LaPresse) – The inclusion of Sebastiano Visintin in the register of suspects for the death of Liliana Resinovich "is an expression of a due act, for the completion of activities that, frankly, are surprising given the considerable time that has passed since the original criminal charge." This was stated by Paolo Bevilacqua, Sebastiano Visintin's lawyer, who is under investigation for the death of his wife.
"The scenario of the evidence collected is known to us, and we do not know which further investigative path the Prosecutor intends to pursue," said the lawyer. "Above all, we remain confident, as always, and despite everything, in the expected arrival of the truth, and for our part, we are serene because we are absolutely unrelated to the criminal hypothesis at hand. However, we wonder: why Sebastiano? Why only him?" he emphasized. "We are waiting to understand the answer to our questions and to read the reasoning behind this unexpected shift in the investigation."
