Vatican City, April 26 (LaPresse) – "At 1:00 PM, the burial rite of the Roman Pontiff’s casket began. The rite was conducted according to the prescriptions of the Ordo Exsequiarum Romani Pontificis, presided over by the Cardinal Camerlengo, in the presence of those indicated in the related Notification of the Office for the Liturgical Celebrations and the family members of the late Pope. It concluded at 1:30 PM," the Holy See Press Office announced.
