Rome, April 26 (LaPresse) – The funeral procession carrying Pope Francis' coffin has arrived at Santa Maria Maggiore. It was welcomed by tens of thousands of faithful who honored him with a long and emotional applause. Present on the parvis were 40 'chosen children,' including the poor, prisoners, and refugees, each holding a white flower. A group of children with white flowers also stood at the gate of the parvis.
