Milan, 15 May (LaPresse) – Twenty-five people are under investigation for the Faito cable car disaster, in which four people lost their lives on 17 April. Among them is the president of EAV, Umberto de Gregorio. LaPresse has learned that The Public Prosecutor's Office in Torre Annunziata had entered four names in the register of suspects for the Mount Faito cable car accident. Four managers and employees of EAV, the public transport company of the Campania Region that operates the cable car, received the notice of investigation. The Public Prosecutor's Office has charged them with disaster and manslaughter, as well as negligent injury with reference to the 23-year-old who was injured and is still hospitalised at the Ospedale del Mare in Naples.
