Milan, 23 May (LaPresse) – ‘It is clear that this is something that is not right, there is no other way to judge it. It is not right, just as no other type of discrimination is right.’ This was stated by the mayor of Milan, Beppe Sala, when asked about the anti-Zionist sign that appeared on the door of a haberdashery shop in the centre of Milan and was then removed by the shopkeepers themselves. An episode that was ‘wrong’ according to Sala, ‘it is not something the city can identify with,’ added the mayor.
