Milan, 23 May (LaPresse) – The Milan and Inter fan clubs behaved like a ‘sort of private militia’ with a ‘leader’, a ‘hierarchical structure’ and a “territory” in ‘conflictual or non-conflictual relations’ with other organised fan clubs, with ‘the football club’ and ‘the state structures responsible for the repression of crimes’. A series of ‘relationships’ with “institutions” that ‘generated a sort of legitimacy’ in the defendants. This is according to Milan public prosecutor Paolo Storari in the brief filed today with judge Rossana Mongiardo, in which he requested the conviction of 16 Milan and Inter ultras, including 10 years for the leader of the Rossoneri south stand, Luca Lucci, and nine years for the leader of the Inter north stand, Andrea Beretta.
