Rome, June 13 (LaPresse) – Regarding the case of the mother and daughter found dead at Villa Pamphili, Rome’s prosecutor Francesco Lo Voi stated: "I thank the TV program 'Chi l’ha visto?' for the particularly useful lead that helped direct the investigation. A European arrest warrant has been issued by the investigating judge for the man arrested in Greece." At the press conference following the arrest of an American citizen on the island of Skiathos, prosecutor Lo Voi explained that there are strong indications that the man is the perpetrator of the murder of the baby found close to her mother at Villa Pamphili last Saturday. On Wednesday, June 11, during the police appeal in the last episode of the Rai3 program 'Chi l’ha visto?', a viewer reported having seen, in a central square in Rome, a woman holding a baby being pulled roughly by a man. "It was a terrible scene," the witness said, "because the man was clearly agitated and was pulling the young woman despite her holding a baby in her arms." This report enabled the identification of the man. "The identity of the woman is still uncertain," the prosecutor added.
