Rome, June 15 (LaPresse) – "A trans woman was insulted and then chased by a man. First, he shouted ‘faggot! You can tell you're a man’ while she tried to get away from the attacker. Fortunately, some bystanders intervened, allowing her to board a bus and escape.
We appeal to anyone who was present at Metro Line B, Laurentina station, around 7:40 PM on Saturday, June 14, to report if they have any footage of the assault or information that could help identify the attacker. Violence against LGBTQIA+ people does not stop, not even on Pride day. We denounce what happened, because no one should ever be left alone." This was stated in a note by Gay Help Line.
