Milan, 17 June (LaPresse) – On trace number 10 of the Garlasco murder, the handprint on the front door of the villa in Via Pascoli, there is no blood. This is the first result reported by LaPresse on the first day of the preliminary investigation for the maxi genetic consultation. Trace 10, found on the inside surface of the front door of the house, was analysed with OBTI, a specific test for detecting human blood, which gave a negative result. The data will be further investigated in the laboratory and repeated, but if confirmed, it could change the convictions of the Pavia Public Prosecutor's Office investigating Andrea Sempio and the Milan Carabinieri Investigation Unit, according to which the papillary contact highlighted with ultraviolet light and photographed by the RIS in Parma on 17 August 2007 'was generated by a ‘dirty’ hand perhaps “blood (of the victim or others)” or “another substance”. This would be proof that the killer did not wash his hands, as claimed in the sentences against Alberto Stasi.
