Healthcare: contract renewal signed, average monthly increase of €172

Milan, June 18 (LaPresse) – A preliminary agreement was signed today for the renewal of the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Healthcare sector for the 2022–2024 period. The contract applies to over 580,000 non-medical employees of the National Health Service. The announcement was made by ARAN (the Agency for Public Administration Bargaining), stating that the agreement was signed by the unions Nursind, Cisl, Fials, and, as of today, also by Nursing Up, reaching the majority needed for the agreement to be valid. CGIL and UIL did not sign the deal, maintaining their opposition. The new contract provides for an average monthly salary increase of €172, across 13 payments per year.
