Milan, June 26 (LaPresse) – The third edition of the Black Carpet Awards was presented in the presence of Alessia Cappello, Councillor for Economic Development and Labor Policies, and Michelle Francine Ngonmo, founder and CEO of Afro Fashion Association. The 2025 edition of the event will take place on September 24 at the Teatro Manzoni during Milan Fashion Week Women’s and will feature Naomi Campbell as the special patron, a global fashion icon and longtime activist for representation and equity. Over the years, the Black Carpet Awards have established themselves as a creative and cultural reference point: a platform that highlights the talent of those who too often remain invisible within society. The initiative celebrates each year the “Leaders of Change”: people of all origins and backgrounds who stand out for their concrete commitment to promoting Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity within the creative industry.
