Rome, July 1 (LaPresse) – The First Criminal Section of the Court of Cassation, after deliberation, rejected the appeal filed by the Attorney General's Office at the Court of Appeal of Milan against the order of April 9, 2025, whereby the Milan Supervisory Court had granted alternative measures of semi-freedom to Alberto Stasi, convicted of the murder of Chiara Poggi in Garlasco on August 13, 2007.
