Milan, July 2 (LaPresse) – The Milan Prosecutor’s Office has requested a 20-year prison sentence for Daniele Rezza, without the aggravating circumstances initially contested. The prosecution emphasized the defendant’s young age and expressed the hope that the sentence might support the young man’s rehabilitation. Rezza, 20, is accused of killing Manuel Mastrapasqua in Rozzano, near Milan, on the night of October 11, 2024, allegedly over a pair of cheap earphones. The request was made before the Court of Assizes, presided over by Judge Antonella Bertoja.
