Milan, 23 July (LaPresse) – This morning, in front of preliminary investigations judge Mattia Fiorentini, on the seventh floor of the Milan courthouse, interrogations began of six of the main suspects in the Milan urban planning investigation, for whom the public prosecutor's office has requested precautionary measures. Appearing before the judge will be Giuseppe Marinoni, former president of the Landscape Commission accused of corruption, forgery and inducement to commit or promise favours, for whom the public prosecutor has requested arrest; former councillor for urban regeneration Giancarlo Tancredi, who faces charges of corruption and a request for house arrest; and the president of the Coima group, Manfredi Catella, accused of corruption and forgery in projects such as Scalo Romana and Pirellino, for which the prosecutor has also requested prison. Next in line are architects Alessandro Scandurra, founder of the studio of the same name and former member of the Milan City Council's Landscape Commission, and Federico Pella, former manager of J+S, accused of corruption, and Bluestone real estate entrepreneur Andrea Bezziccheri.
