This is how Sandra Manfrè, deputy head of the Brindisi Mobile Squad, took her own life this morning. The woman, a deputy police commissioner, was 42 years old and had been serving in Brindisi since 2022. Her colleagues raised the alarm shortly after 8 a.m. Attempts by emergency services to revive her were in vain.
