Milan, 13 August (LaPresse) – Firefighters continue to battle a forest fire that has been raging for five days in the Vesuvius National Park. The flames are now under control and clean-up operations are underway in the areas affected by the fire in Terzigno, Boscotrecase (via Cifelli) and Trecase. The National Fire Brigade's emergency response team now consists of 45 units and a Canadair aircraft, with the support of AIB modules sent in reinforcement from Tuscany and Marche and a team from the Salerno command.
