Milan, August 13 (LaPresse) – "Only those who have known the truth of a deep love can also accept the wound of betrayal." This is what Pope Leo XIV said during the general audience this morning in the Paul VI Hall, meeting pilgrims and faithful from all over the world as part of the catechesis cycle for the Jubilee Year. The evangelical question to ask ourselves, according to the Pontiff, is: "Is it I?" "Not to feel accused, but to open a space for truth in our hearts. Salvation begins here: with the awareness that we could be the ones to break trust in God, but we can also be the ones to gather, keep, and renew it."
