Naples, Aug 27 (LaPresse) – The decision on the appeal filed by the president of the Teatro San Carlo Foundation, Naples Mayor Gaetano Manfredi, against the appointment of Fulvio Macciardi as superintendent of the San Carlo has been postponed. The appointment was made by the three CDI councilors appointed by the Ministry of Culture (Marilù Faraone Mennella and Giovanni Nicoletti) and the Campania Region (Riccardo Realfonzo). After a hearing this morning at the Naples Civil Court lasting about an hour and a half, Judge Francesco Paolo Feo of the Seventh Civil Section gave the parties until Friday to submit their defense briefs. The decision could therefore come next week.
