Tempio Pausania, Sept. 3 (LaPresse) – The first-instance verdict in the trial of Ciro Grillo and his three friends from Genoa, Francesco Corsiglia, Vittorio Lauria, and Edoardo Capitta, accused of alleged group sexual assault against a 19-year-old Italo-Norwegian student at the time of the events, has been postponed.
Today’s hearing at the Tempio Pausania court was canceled due to a sudden and serious bereavement affecting Marco Contu, president of the judging panel.
The decision, expected today or tomorrow, has been postponed to September 22.
