Vatican City (Vatican), 4 September (LaPresse) – For the Vatican, the only ‘way out of the ongoing war’ in Gaza and the Middle East is ‘the two-state solution.’ This was stated in a communiqué issued by the Holy See after Pope Leo XIV's meeting with Israeli President Isaac Herzog. In the text, the Holy See reiterates this path for the situation in the Middle East and calls for ‘guaranteeing the legitimate aspirations of both peoples.’
