Florence, Oct. 4 (LaPresse) – “When I was young, we played ball in the hallway, talked, argued, and sometimes fought with each other. Now, kids are always on their phones. I believe a little digital detox is good for them. Studying with a phone leads to lower educational outcomes compared to traditional methods. Excessive phone use also brings problems with memory, attention, and imagination. That’s why we cannot continue this type of phone usage at school, even during breaks,” said Minister of Education and Merit, Giuseppe Valditara, speaking today at Leopolda 13 in Florence.
