Sexist website “strips” victims with AI, Postal Police investigate

Rome, 27 October. (LaPresse) – The Postal Police are investigating the “Social Media Girl” platform. According to what has emerged so far from the victims' complaints, the public database contains an archive of pornographic images distributed without authorisation. The platform allegedly uses an artificial intelligence system capable of “undressing” any woman, generating extremely realistic digital nudes from simple photographs. Victims include Anna Tatangelo, Chiara Ferragni, Diletta Leotta, Maria De Filippi, Cristina D'Avena, Benedetta Parodi, Chiara Francini, Annalisa, Angelina Mango, Andrea Delogu, Selvaggia Lucarelli, Maria Elena Boschi and many others. In the section dedicated to Diletta Leotta, files stolen years ago from her mobile phone have reappeared, a further violation made permanent by the internet. The investigation is focusing primarily on the “Italian Nude Vip” forum, which contains 46 pages of counterfeit images.
