Rome, 29 October (LaPresse) – At 7:45 this morning, the Fire Brigade intervened in Via Maggiore Piavon, in the municipality of Oderzo, in the province of Treviso, following an accident involving a bus carrying around fifty students and a car. Following the impact, both vehicles ended up in a ditch. The fire brigade team from the Motta di Livenza detachment, supported by personnel from the Treviso headquarters, rescued those involved and secured the vehicles. The driver of the car died, while the bus passengers suffered only minor injuries. Suem 118 personnel also attended the scene with three vehicles and a helicopter, as did the Carabinieri.
