Rome, 17 December (LaPresse) – A man was stabbed last night on the street in Milan and is in serious condition. The attack took place around midnight in Via Ovada, near number 24, in the Barona district, on the south-western outskirts of the city. The 118 emergency service transported the man to Milan's Policlinico hospital in critical condition. The Carabinieri are investigating. According to initial reports, the man, of North African origin and not yet identified as he had no documents, was attacked by four unknown individuals, probably with the aim of robbery, who stabbed him with a knife and stole his wallet and mobile phone.
