Giovanni Angelucci, the family's first lawyer, told LaPresse, referring to the fact that Nathan Trevallion, the father, will not be able to attend Christmas lunch with his children and wife. The foster home where the three children are being held has denied the father's request. He will only be able to meet with them for two and a half hours tomorrow morning.
