Milan, 10 February (LaPresse) – Tourism Minister Daniela Santanchè is once again under investigation by the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office on suspicion of bankruptcy for the failure of Bioera spa, one of the companies in the bio-food group led until 2021 by the Fratelli d'Italia senator. The decision was taken following the filing of the bankruptcy trustee's report after the Milan Bankruptcy Court opened judicial liquidation proceedings at the end of 2024.
