Milan, 5 March (LaPresse) – Rocco Siffredi has sued 21 people for defamation, including two authors of the TV programme “Le Iene”, for a series of television reports in which “abuse and violence” by the porn actor against actresses in adult films were alleged. As anticipated by Repubblica and confirmed by investigative sources, the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office has opened a file with suspects on the basis of the maxi lawsuit filed by the 61-year-old's lawyer from Ortona, Rossella Gallo, against 21 people, 18 of whom are known and 3 still unknown, in which alleged defamatory conduct aired during a special news programme broadcast in 2025 by Mediaset is reported: seven episodes, one of which is entitled “Rocco under accusation, abuse and violence?”, featuring unmasked and incognito testimonies from girls who allegedly worked on set with the famous porn star and who said they were forced to agree to shoot certain scenes. Siffredi and his lawyer filed a hard drive containing data, documents, releases and the full footage of the videos in question to prove that there was no coercion. The defence also produced interviews given by the actresses at the centre of the case, which differed in tone from the testimonies given to “Le Iene”, and accused the Italia 1 programme of cutting an interview with Siffredi himself that was broadcast to make viewers think he was crying in relation to the alleged abuse.
