Milan, Mar. 12 (LaPresse) – This morning, Atm held a meeting with the trade unions “in a constructive climate of dialogue between the parties.” As stated in the unions’ own press release, “the company’s willingness to identify shared solutions was acknowledged.” Regarding the incidents involving trams in recent days – except for the serious accident on February 27, which is under judicial investigation and on which Atm is providing full cooperation – it was agreed “that there were no functional anomalies in the infrastructure or vehicles and that the resumption of normal service for customers was always timely, thanks to all operational teams. Atm also confirms that safety has always been a company priority for both employees and customers and has never been subject to budgetary restrictions.” On the general industrial relations front, Atm reminded that it “has made immediate availability to address and find concerted solutions on various issues raised by the unions.”
